After you flash it, do not change anything in the xml file.

 

Please describe the wiring from LNB to both receivers. How have you split the cable?  Is this a power pass splitter or diseqc switch?  Attach a picture of the splitter. 

 

Your pictures/screenshots are not clear with regards to yes/no option. I don't know whether you have enabled the diseqc options or not. It should be off.  The toggle switch does not clearly show this as a yes or no. Might be easier if you change the option to not show these and also use English language while you post your screenshots. It also looks like the page is missing something. Hopefully an official image will be better.

 

To get a clear screenshot, paste this into your web browser, a screenshot will be generated. Right click, save as. You can then upload it later

I doubt that is possible, 8XStar images are Japhar images, for VU+ clones.

There is a direct connection to the vu+duo2 device from the LNB with a 10-15m cable.

vu+duo2 device has A-B TUNER:DVB S2 AND C TUNER HAS:DVB S2 TUNER.

Diseqc is not active because I don't use it,
I added images in my previous messages.

I downloaded it from https://openpli.org/download/, installed it and am waiting.

I have two devices, vu+ultimo4k and vu+duo2
Since I am currently trying to install a unicable lnb, I installed it on a vu+duo2 device.

There is a direct connection to the vu+duo2 device from the LNB with a 10-15m cable.

vu+duo2 device has A-B TUNER:DVB S2 AND C TUNER HAS:DVB S2 TUNER.
vu+ultimo4k has AB TUNER:DVB S2x(fbc) AND I TUNER:DVB S2 TUNER.

The unicable LNB is only connected to the Duo 2. Please do not complicate things by mentioning the other receiver until you are ready to connect it.

 

Based on the last description and your tuner configuration screenshot, everything is correct on your part, we need to look at the LNB now. The LNB is programmable. Are you sure it is not programmed to be used in static mode or a different position number? Can you please post a picture of the LNB. If possible, also clearly showing the model number too. Did it come with any configuration sheets/paper? Did you get the LNB new from a shop or is it second hand?

Also, if splitters are used, are they the correct ones, with DC-blocks, and connected correctly?

Currently, unicable lnb vu+duo2 is directly connected to the device, there is nothing in between.
A friend brought the lnb to Turkey from Germany, I bought it, and since I had this problem, I had it programmed by nova-group, the inverto lnb sales + service in Turkey. It was programmed in static mode from Germany, Nova Group changed it to dynamic mode, the screenshot is attached.

To me, it seems that the LNB is still in static mode. I don't know how to configure an LNB in that mode on Enigma2. It appears that on 1210 frequency of your LNB, you can only have channels on 11096 Mhz, Horizontal plane.  See here:

Are you able to receive those? Please check using signal finder. Make sure you select that transponder.

There is a static menu at the top of the program screen in the picture. I don't know much about this program, but as you said, it has static menu, as far as I understand.

In static mode Userbands are hardcoded to a specific frequency and polarisation, as you can see in the screenshot.

 

You need to switch the LNB to dynamic mode, which the receiver requires. You can with a lot of effort configure the 32 static transponders currently configured, but you will not have access to any other transponder, so it is a bad idea.

The factory default for each Inverto Unicable LNB is "dynamic mode". Your LNB is programmed in "static mode", so you need to change that using the programmer. The receiver doesn't support static mode.
