your help is needed

hi I have just bought a VU+ Solo2 - open pli .I have subscribed to an IPTV service and to watch the channels I had to install one of their plugin , which I did . Now I keep getting this message ,word by word :

I hope it makes sense to anybody. I've been trying to delete the plugin so I could reinstall it but  I cannot find it. I have done a factory reset but nothing has changed

please help. Just for your info Premium ip.TV's support is 0 actually -0.
