You can just try a different skin in Pli. I loaded the Full HD skin and Cross EPG works perfectly for me now.

Try changing your skin. Thats what I did and it solved the problem right away.

I was having this issue I had Pli 4.0 installed and I just  changed the skin and boom, fixed. So try changing your skin if your having issues with the epg it may just work for you guys too.
