The possibillity to avoid the problem is always present, but as the noob i am, i firmly belive its the proper understandig which is the real issue. 
I have no re-flashed Open-PLI 4.0
I now went in to plugin - download plugins - softcams and i found the possibility to install "Oscam (svn11209-r0.0" and as u stated server returned error.
Could you please be so kind to link me to and Oscam.ipk file which will work with my canal digital card.
