In Topic: how to get rid of stupid vix (world of ...) boot logo

hi guys, I am a newbie here. I have a vu+ duo2 that is stuck on the startup screen. The box has vix image installed.  

FTP is working fine so I got a crash log file from (/var/volatile/tmp). Can you please help me to decipher the log file & find a solution to my dilemma? I have pasted the contents of the log file below.
