The issue is fixed itself, i did not change anything and suddenly the EPG appears.

I suspect the the real reason is that the DreamBox 500 HD is old hardware and require a very long time to thread data... Otherwise i dont know what to think because, i promiss you, i did not change a single coma into the the system.

Anyway, system work and i thank you for your kind answers!

thank  you again but this is not the issue, following your instruction I found the reference.

For example:

RAI 1 HD => 1:0:19:D49:1450:12E:820000:0.0:0:h

Any other idea?

Rytec's EPG matches data on service reference, it's quite likely it doesn't have the service references for your IPTV provider.

IT is ODD that few days ago was working properly, but this make sense because bouquet continuosly update hi content.

Could I ask you if there is a way to verify what yout told? In order to open a ticket with IPTV provider and/or change the service.
