HI All,

I have a Cisco 3410 DVB stb and my cable operator is moving to some other service and i need to buy the new hardware from him if need to continue with him.

Now the challenge here is I don't wnt to shift my current STB (since i bought it from them 1 and half year ago.) and let the new service run on the same one. My provider has promised all the support that i needed to get this thing done, because he is loosing on his customer base for obvious reasons.

I searched for the firmware so that i can flash it and then let the other service provider can configure it to use their service, but i couldn't find one.

Only thing i could think is to contact you guys if you can help me get this supported, so that it is a win win situation for all of us.
