And then they'd may have to leave bigger problems pending. Please do not forget you're not the only user and the developers have more to do!

What I could not understand is they evading the issue for more than year if not more.

Yes vu + team goes to hibernation when people are complaining. Very sad

I can imagine they have to consider the amount of users that are affected by a certain issue against the amount of time it needs to fix, just like we do. Undoubtedly they will have other work to do as well.
But if they really care about customers they should address the issue even if only small number of people is affected

Do you have a complete list... probably we can try to forward it to vu now. Over the last months they are really solving things we mention.
