A couple that are missing due to recent transponder changes or new arrivals:

Zing - Sref: 1_0_1_1771_7D7_2_11A0000_0_0_0

&TV - Sref: 1_0_1_D32E_836_2_11A0000_0_0_0

SEE TV - Sref: 1_0_1_5858_82E_2_11A0000_0_0_0

New Vision TV - Sref: 1_0_1_CB61_839_2_11A0000_0_0_0

Also Sony TV Asia is now on Sref: 1_0_1_D355_830_2_11A0000_0_0_0 but is showing the EPG for Sony TV. Possibly due to the service name not coming through correctly?

B4U movies seems to be on the M>Movies place now and so needs an EPG to its location.
