You need to configure the webif to allow access through a VPN. By default it blocks access from any IP not in the local LAN.

 

How do I do that?

Modern routers provide a vpn setup. Use that instead of opening ports by portforwarding...

managed to setup openvpn on box and found vpn services on router page but when i enter dns it takes me to my router login? any ideas how to get it to direct me to box? thanks

123movies now working?? all i did was set debug files to save to hdd. had to mount hdd as it was mounted as usb. tried 123movies and all working.
