ive sorted it . i hadnt installed "softcam set up" from plugins .

still getting this message when trying to download open pli 4.0 from downloads section 

You don't have permission to access /builds/dm500hd/OpenPLi-4.0-beta-dm500hd-20160616.zip on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

stil cant down load open pli 4 to flash new image , says i dont have permission and error 404

where can i find mirrors , ive looked in the menus but cant see them . thanks

  i have updated the software via the remote and re booted but still get same message .i am trying to re-flash DM 500 hd , i know how to do it but when i press and hold switch on the front and flick switch on the back , i dont get an ip address appearing on the tv , how ever long i hold the switch . then i just get the green light keep flashing numerous times and nothing happens until i press the switch on the front again and box comes on as normal but still has the same image on . can someone help with this ? thanks.
