Hi to all the OpenPli community,
I've search on the forum to find a solution ot my problem but I've can't found nothing related it.
I own a Zgemma H5 and a Stab HH100 rotor using USALS protocol which are correctly set and working.
Well, if I go to Motor configuration and select GotoX option the dish is moving correctly and after the necessary time for rotation shown me the signal level.
But, if I'm watching a channel on a sat frequency orbit (ie. 13°E) and wanna move to a channel in a different sat frequency orbit (ie. 19,2°E) I receive the message "No signal".
I can see the picture of dish position with a countdown in the screen but when finish nothing is display
Trying to change to channels on the same transponder orbit has same result, no signal.
The only way to watch the channel is using the GotoX feature (in fact the signal level is coming up in 1-2 seconds!).
I've already tried to use the Autofocus and Calibrate options to align the dish rotor and after run the Calculate function to correct all memory sat positions.
Maybe I'm missing something on the configuration, can anyone of you help me?
Regards
