Was done and no success in FTP.
The solution was in the german part of the forum: create the directories vsftpd and chroot in /usr/sahre

If this is the same what some other people are getting, the old configuration file of a preious version of vsftpd is still there. This file contains settings that aren't correct for the new version.

The correct solution is to just re-flash the box, or run:

mv -f /etc/vsftpd.conf-opkg /etc/vsftpd.conf

(please please please send exact error messages, then I can help. Just saying "it doesn't work" leaves me no clue as to what the cause may be).

 

 

I have  the same error, see screenshot

Running mv -f /etc/vsftpd.conf-opkg /etc/vsftpd.conf just gives me that mv is not found

 

root@dm800se:~# mv -f /etc/vsftpd.conf-opkg /etc/vsftpd.conf
-sh: mv: not found
