zunächst einmal vielen Dank für die IPK und Sorry für die späte Antwort.

Das wichtigste zuerst: ich habe das Plugin zum laufen gebracht, allerdings musste ich noch vorab noch eine Kleinigkeit anpassen.

Ausgangspunkt war, dass das Plugin meine Box nicht erkannte. Erst als ich via Telnet den Befehl "cat /proc/stb/info/boxtype" abgesetzt hatte fiel mir auf, dass sich die Box als "unibox-hde" meldet, während in der Datei "lookuptable.txt" ein schlichtes "hde" erwartet wurde.

Also die "lookuptable.txt" anpassen und - et voila - alles läuft perfekt!
