I use the OpenPli 8.3 with the Metrix-pli skin on my Edision OS Mini 4K boxes. This box has just a small 4 digit front display. When I zap to a TV channel, the ch number is displayed for a few seconds and then the clock is displayed until I switch to another channel. That's perfect. But when I start an IPTV channel from the bouquet it toggles all the time between time and channel number. How can I get get only the clock after a while? I guess the skin_display.xml is the place to chance something, but how? I upload the default xml. Maybe someone can help me with that.

I try to find the best image for my two Edision OS mini 4K boxes. I startet with OATV 6.4 but that crashes while PiP toggling. So I came to the Openpli 8.3. I have to use Python 2 images only because of the Netatmo plugin. Although the Openpli 8.3 is much newer than the OATV 6.4, the OpenPli has not the newest driver for the Edision OSmini 4k. It has a version from 3/11/2021 and OATV and also HDfreaks use a version from 28/12/2021. Is there a special reason for the old version or is it possible to update the driver in OpenPli 8.3 until it is still supported here?

I wonder if there is still development and support for the 8.3 version? Or is it only for 9.x. I know that OpenATV stopped everything for Python 2 images since end of 2022 but Openpli 8.3 seems to me more up to date than OATV 6.4. I ask, because I have to use a Python 2 image. 

I used the OATV 6.4 Image before on my Edision OS Mini4K box. Now I tried Openpli 8.3. With OATv I could install the webkit hbbtv which worked quite well. In Openpli I miss this plugin. Is there a chance to install it also in OpenPli?
