From La Palma, Canary Islands.
 
Reception with 1.2m antenna and Inverto Lnb, no reception of Telstar 15ºW 11043V.
 
Reception with Laminas antenna 2.7x3.0m offset and Inverto Lnb: Appears one strong transponder but, it is not centered at 11043V, it centered at 11020V. I think this beam at 11020 is another one different than 11043 to UK.

Do you get subtitles on ITV HD with these parameters in lamedb?

Yes, I see subtitles on my Dreambox DM800se. These are the lines:

In La Palma Canary Islands, 1.2m antenna, Lnb Inverto Ultra Black, Dreambox DM800se, signal strength usually is between 8.4~9.0dB. Yesterday was 7.5db.
As Lyngsat data says, C/N lock is 6,4dB, and this value match when image blackout, so, 5dB SN is not enough for to decode this transponder.

The signal has recovery a bit, enough for to receive, but in the limit, 6,6dB sn right now.

Hi! Since this morning, I don't receive this satellite. 1.2M in Canary Islands. Since the first blackout few weeks ago, the signal lowered a bit, but now, nothing.
