Ordered a Bluetooth remote to see if that helps. How can I play the movie with subtitles?

I got it to work. Connected with root instead. The problem now is that I can't get the movie to stop playing, haha. Kodi doesn't respond at all to the vu+ remote. Any solutions?

Hi. I just Downloaded and installed kodi on my vu+duo4kse Openpli 8.1 2022-02-05. I connected to my NAS, where I have my movies, through NFS. Everything works except playing a movie. It tries to play it for a second and then it goes back to the menu. Read the forum to try and find a solution but couldn't find any. Is there a solution?
