Open Pli 8.2 with problems, Picons does not appear

Hello friends, I've been using Open PLI 7.3 a lot, and everything works perfectly.
  But when switching to Open PLI 8.2, my Picons no longer appear,

  Some channels appear , most do not . ( 20% ok, 80% does not appear )
All Picons have the same Format. Same quality and runs perfect on PLI 7
 
  I have Zgemma 5.2s+ and H9s, used in Brazil. satellites with Brazil channels.
  Is there any secret ? Any tips to get the Picons back?

Problem in Language Portuguese BR

Hello friends, I can't use Open pli 8.0, 8.1 and Test development anymore,

because the language is incorrect ..
Missing letters with accents (example >> á, é, í, ó, ú)
And also letter (Ç)
This issue leaves the EPG incomplete..

At Pli 7.3 or lower, we don't have this problem

Used  2 Zeegma H 5.2s + 1 and H 9s + 4k
