[Softcam Oscam] how to install?

in German Forum i search for help, nobody will be able.

I need a install-package for Enigma 1 in a Dream 7000 for the OSCAM.

Or can you give me the manual installations for this?

In WIKI isn't anything to read about oscam and the feed ist no longer available

Can you help me please?

Ich brauche Hilfe, ich benötige die Oscam und CCcam um Buli zu sehen, ich bekomme das mit dem Pli Image nicht hin, kann mir jemand helfen?
