I have just updated my vu+ ultimo with lastest openPLI V4. Did work great for one day.

Today it will not boot, it locks on "astra dishes picture".

This is not the first time that this happens, or why does this happen. ?

(ps dont ask for crash log becouse I cannot access my vu+)

is there way I can fix the boot without reinstalling. ???

Dont know how many times I have tried installing this OpenPLI v4.0 but did a new attempt today with todays build.

What happens I did a install via usb (stick). And everything seams to work and after some time I must do a restart! of my vu+ ultimo, what happens now

it starts to reboot but stops on the boot seq I get a new picture with "OpenPLI" with a "circular progress bar". But it just lockesup so now it just hangs on this pictures.

So my question since this is not the first time I have tried this $€$£@€{ image is it constructed to reboot or is it planed that you never should do a reboot. ???

The only thing that is connected to the vu+ ultimo is a network cable (RJ45).

So can any advice me what I should do, use a different image, blackhole, vix, . ?

I have a problem with Pli v3.0 and that is that it will not read from the cccam cfg file it is only reading from the card.

Is there a way I can manual activate to read from the cfg and not from: /DEV/Si0 ?

I have some strange things happening to my Vu+ Ultimo running OpenPLi 3.0. While I am watching tv sometimes the reciver starts to change channels or I get messages on screen.

So what can I do about this. ?

is there a firewall I can install. ?

Nomather what package I try to install on my Vu+ Ultimo Open PLI V 3.0 I get this error-

"Opkg failed to download " - Maybe u need to run Opkg update.

Can someone please tell me how I do that. ?
