Hi,
I am on et9x00 and using cccam. I have noticed that since past few days I have to restart my softcam every now and then... may be around 2 times a day (i just watch TV for 4 hours a day). I regularly update my box and it seems this issue has started in last couple of weeks.
Any suggestions on what might be causing this and how can it be resolved?
Thanks a lot!

Share external HDD over home network

Hi,
I have external HDD connected via USB to ET9x00. This drive has three partitions, first ext4 partition is for timeshift and recordings. The other two are mac and FAT partitions. I want to share this HDD over my home wifi network with mac and windows to store the files and backing up. Is it possible to do so?
I do not want to connect this drive to either my mac or windows system and mount the ext4 partition remotely.
Any suggestions / help sincerely appreciated.

How to see the details of updates applied

Hi,
I have ET9x00 which i got last week. When i go to software update section, i see around 80 updates available. Is it a way to see which all plugins / extensions / kernel are part of the update before actually installing them? Just need to make sure nothing gets broken after the updates and if it does, which ones to remove.
regards,
HA

Is it possible to use only one partition on HDD for recordings?

Hi,
I have ET9100. I also have a 1TB external USB HDD from iomega. I have partitioned it into 2 partitions of 500 GB each. One partition is the mac partition used for time machine backups. The second partition is windows FAT32 partition. I want to use the windows partiton (which is empty) for my recordings. Is it possible to do this without erasing my mac partition?
