Unfortunate it was not the core of the issue

The message "info" - came from the "ClearMem" Plugin

Stopped status use info on screen

Started has an option in the plugin to NOT show on screen

So I have now started clearmem and selected "no info" on status on screen

I can not remove it from the plugin dialogue box, guess I have to uninstall it at the CLI level
