I have to write firmware to a box with an IBM STB 02500 controller, I lost the software to write the image and I'd like to develop my own program to flash the chip.
I have knowledge on C# and serial programming but I had not developed any program like this so any advice on the first steps are welcome, e.g. let's say I have the image file and I can get connected to the box, what are the commands and how I should execute them to write the image properly.
