Hello, new member here and very much new to this activity. First up, not sure where to post this, I've no doubt this is not the place, but please bear with me.

Have a sab triple tuner which has worked great for a couple of years, as it's now connected to the internet, I noticed that a software update was available, so went ahead and updated (without first ensuring I had a back up) and of course as you would expect I'm in trouble now, as the 2 sat tuners are unconfigured and I cant seem to fix them through the menu's.

Any support would be very much appreciated
