ET7100 V2 issue with viewing h265/HEVC channels

Sorry for posting in English...

 

I bought last month the new Xtrend ET7100 V2 - it arrived last week.
I'm unable to see any H.265/HEVC channels (10) from here https://www.levira.com/program.pdf - please help!
How to enable H.265? How to download latest SW update to support it?
