I am not very good at forums, so I apologize if similar subject was here already.

I have Zgemma H9S with TV package bought from someone.

It was working fine for couple of years. But some new channels were listed so I wanted to upgrade channel list. So I choose some package and list has been loaded.

But there was something wrong as when I was switching between channels there was black screen sometimes with only voice.

So I have choose option from menu to upgrade software as it hasn't been done for the last couple of years.

So from 7.2 upgraded to 7.3. Nothing has changed still everytime when I was changing channel I have to restart Zgemma to get other channel.

So after few times my screen stuck on start with red picture of OpenPLi ver. 7.3 and didn't move forward.

I had still access to it via menu so I have decided to do upgrade to 8,2 version as per instruction from here. Nothing change apart of start screen that is not red anymore only orange with 8.2 version info. What else I can do please?
