What is the cause of delay in box

5 March 2016 - 11:24

Hello,

i have got Xtrend ET4x00 box with OpenPLi-4.0-beta

root@et4x00:~#
root@et4x00:~# uname -a
Linux et4x00 3.14.16 #1 Wed Feb 3 21:43:28 CET 2016 mips GNU/Linux
root@et4x00:~#

I use Oscam. Oscam is reading ECM from my card.

And I see (in Oscam log) like this:

found (123 ms) by internal_sci0
found (118 ms) by internal_sci0
found (126 ms) by internal_sci0
found (123 ms) by internal_sci0

I have another BOX2. There is Oscam too. In this example I call it Oscam2.

Oscam2 is connect to Oscam1.

And I see (in Oscam2 log) like this:

found (146 ms) by proxy
found (148 ms) by proxy
found (346 ms) by proxy
found (165 ms) by proxy

As you can see third ECM have 346ms delay.

I instaled tcpdump on BOX2. Tcpdump2 shows delay on the network or on the BOX1 (Xtrend ET4x00). Delay isn't on BOX2!

What next? I excluded network problem. How?

I installed tcpdump on BOX1 (Xtrend ET4x00). And i see:

BOX2 send PSH to BOX1.

BOX1 send ACK to BOX2 (delta time 0ms)

BOX1 send PSH to BOX2 (delta time 346ms) <=== delay is on BOX1

BOX2 send ACK to BOX1 (delta time 0ms)

And here i need your help. How can i find reason of this delay?

It's happening on network stack or reason is Oscam?

How can i find it?

Thx you very much  :)
