Hello, I am starting a WISP in the mid atlantic region where the current big boys are charging obscene rates for poor service and TV no one really wants anymore. I have the business plan for the WISP up, and it looks possible. The problem I have though, is I need a TV solution. I found a IPTV provider who has deals signed and looks pretty appealing. Unfortunately he does not have a STB solution, just an app on a roku. I would like to pick a STB and customize my own middleware for it. I would like to include his IPTV service, as well as add on movies on demand, and my own IPTV service, as I would like to add in my own local content on top of his channels. He has other WISPs signed to his service, but no good solution to this yet I feel.  

I am good at server administration and web development, and probably could muddle through doing this myself, but I have too much on my plate as it is. There is a tremendous opportunity no only with my WISP, but with my buddy's company who is currently up and running. I think these WISPs would love to have their own branded set top boxes.  I hope this isn't against the rules, and if it is, please take it down, but I am looking for someone who would charge a reasonable rate or would like a piece of the company, or maybe a mixture of both.  Any suggestions on where to find my STB programmer? It would be nice if you were close to the NYC area, but this is not necessary at all. It doesn't really matter where in the world you reside.
