DM500 is not working

Hi there,
My DM500 box is not working for a week or more, it just show the start up image of Pli@ Jade think green thank you for choosing Pli etc.
anyone can help how to solve the problem? is it because of the remote control or the box itself?

Hi there,
My DM500 remote control no longer function , now i cant watch the program. is there anyway i can get a replacement? i also downloaded the roomie remote from app store, but does not work, is there any setting guide for this? thanks in advance! please help. i am contactable via andy00389@hotmail.com
