Last drivers for Edision OS Mega fixed problem with hight bitrate TP for correct decoding scrambled channels, e.g. for russian package MTS (75 east). With old drivers is decoding not correct. It was very importnat for all Russian Fedaration and CIS states. I personally contacted Edision Hellas Ltd and they fxed this problem for kernel 4.11.0 (OpenATV  6.0). For kernel 4.12.0 (OpenPLI 6.0) they write me, that new drivers are on github web and OpenPLi team should be implemented in Open PLI6.0 image.

The release code for 6.0 is already frozen, so that will be for the 6.1-rc.

OpenPLi 4 is in feature freeze, pending the release of OpenPLi 6.0, which is currently planned towards the end of the month.

The 12 character mode can only show ASCII characters. I don't think everybody will agree with that (I will, but that's not the point).

Thank you all for answer. But this options 8/12 characters on VFD is ONLY in image Open PLI 6.0, please can you add this option to image Open PLI 4.0 too ?

Only 8 characters in Cyrilic is a hardware limitations or any software problem ?? Thanks!!
