unfortuantly the only way to get transponder time to change clock is by powering down and restarting, a reboot will not do it
on a previouse image i have used (cant remember which have tried a few) it did have an option for clock to sync with transponder time if you wanted it to
is there anyway we can add this to the latest pli images or can i edit or add a cron job or get this to work somehow
thanks again people i love this image but i do rely on epg to do recordings

thanks for help guys, both solutions do work but when i go to a channel that does not send update info it just goes to running fast again.
for example i use 27west for bbc channels because of the dish size needed here to pick up 28east and then if i want to use epg/recoeding etc i have to power down and then reboot on a sly uk channel to get it back
any ideas anyone so i can do this without powering down all the time
thanks Baz
