Problem with my xtrend et 5000

when i turn on my reciever it shows the error page then it stays stuck saying CONNECTING TO NCID SERVER AND NO MORE FUNCTION AND DOES NOT TAKE ANY COMMAND FROM MY THE REMOTE CONTROL. PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU.
