Dear all,
when I want to record a program, I get the message:

"In order to record a timer, the tv was switched to the recording service"

I have tried a lot of things, but without succes. I have a VU+Duo with 2 dubble LNB's connected to the LNB's using 2 separate coax cables. The box is connected using wired ethernet to a NAS server. I can play recordings I made earlier, also ones created by another VU+Duo box in the same house. I have seen this message described elswhere on the net dated 2011 and earlier.

Today a last effort to make progress failed as well.

Receiver switched back to factory defaults, fully clean, I'd say. Then flashed the latest software (Saturday 28 March) again using USB stick, then ran all the updates.Installed new settings file. Added network connection to NAS.
Everything worked, exept recording, the same message came up.

If I read and understand the message correctly, it says: "Dear user, you are trying to record something, but there is a lack of resources, so I will switch the tuner to the service that you specified.

Well I'm already watching that channel! I chose "Add recording (stop after current event)".

When inspecting the tuners, using the menu Sattfinder, both operate correctly, on both channels/satellites.

What can I do now?
Is there anyone that can help me? Please....
 

Als ik op wil nemen krijg ik de melding:

"In order to record a timer, the tv was switched to the recording service"

Als ik timer start, of laat starten (via record until current program ends of via start recording indefenately) wordt er een timer aangemaakt. Het is vervolgens net alsof een resource niet beschikbaar is en de timer wacht met starten. Het effect is iig dat er een Waiting timer wordt aangemaakt maar dat er niets gebeurd. Via menu: Satfinder heb ik 2 tuners die het aook allebei doen.

Ik heb VU+Duo met 2 dubbele LNB's.

De laatste built (van vandaag of gisteren) met een USB er op gezet (geflasht).

Ik heb toegang tot een NAS-server, geen interne (of USB-) schijf. ik kan eerder gemaakte opnames terug afspelen.

Elders heb ik gezien dat deze medling beschreven werd, maar dit is van 2011 of eerder.

Heeft iemand anders dit ook gehad?

Wat is er aan te doen?

Ben er gisteren (de hele avond) en vandaag de hele ochtend er al  mee bezig.

Ik hoor heeeel graag iets.
