I now have managed to pick up Rai1. I didn't have to replace the dish. I have a 65 percent snr with 9.9db. I moved the dish away from my other dish then went back to an older backup and rescan. Cool

I had a 78cm Triax when I lived in the Midlands, which was fine as well, I vaguely remember something around 14 dB for RAI 1.
Thanks

Im In the West Country, I do have an 80 cm dish spare . I think I should test Rai1 and make sure It picks it up before I buy a flat 80cm equivilent dish.. Annoying for me as I bought a diamond shape dish but it looks too bulky. Gone with the days I could put a motorized dish up and not worry about others(misses) I did expect to lose the signal when it rains but I didn't expect not to pick it up on a sunny day ... Thanks

My dish is slightly off to one side, I gained 4 /5 percent by doing this but looks a little odd. The satellite guy did say I should be ok with this dish so I expected it could be a problem. I will have to take a 130 pound loss and invest in a 80 equivilent flat dish I guess. Thanks for helping me guys. Regards Rhurbarb

Works fine here on the given frequency… Probably you need to reallign your dish. Do you receive other HB channels?
