Problem on XP1000 to let the diseqc motor running.

H i all just got a xp 1000 having problems with it,after having dreambox 7000 technomate 5402 technomate 6ooo cant seem to get motor up and running, message coming up warning no lnb factory default settings, can anyone help Thanks Brandy1
