What's the correct ONID, SID and Video PID values of BBC Four HD? And what're the correct extra parameters in dreamboxedit for it?

ONID 0001 SID 4680 Video PID 1DB1 Audio PID 1DB2 PCR PID 1DB1 TSID 1000

Sound is already working for me, very quiet bell ringing, same as on BBC Four SD, but black screen at the moment.
