I see no problems at my end (for the requests hitting my server), your box starts the download just fine but the download aborts.
I see 4 attempts today for the Polish Basic file, 4 times a different number of bytes is transferred. Only the last request, at 28/Oct/2018:18:42:33 +0100, managed to transfer the entire file.
It is the truth we have problems with 2 servers at the moment.
The Vuplus-community server. For this there is a workaround in the thread dealing with this.
Nothing I can do about this problem. It is a DNS problem. But there is a workaround.
The WOS server. For the Umpiest time I have problems updating this server. The LastUpdate.txt file states now an update of 27/10/2018
I have contacted the webmaster about this. Hopefully he can resolve it.
