That looks very promising.!
I'm sure there is a lot of interest to get those working now. Especially with the recent role-out of dvbt2 in Germany.
As they only cost about $16, its a cheap alternative for an additional Dvb-T2/dvb-C tuner.
Also that RTL2832 chipset allows you to use it as a Software Defined Radio. (listen to police/aircraft radio)
