Danke für den Hinweis, ich hab sie sowieso durch eine WD RED ersetzt (ext4), die Green werkelt nun in einem Windows Rechner (NTFS).

Habe inzwischen einen Ubuntu Server aufgesetzt und die Dateien nun auf eine 2 HDD sichern können (ca. 1.2TB, dauerte ca. 2 Tage, aber es funktionierte immerhin) ;-)
Die WD Green wurde nun NTFS formatiert und funktioniert wieder ohne Probleme...

Eine Filesystemüberprüfung via openpli UI hat folgendes ausgegeben:
fsck wollte ich nun via SSH (putty) starten, der Befehl wird aber nicht gefunden / erkannt.
Unter Windows 8.1 mit CrystalDiskInfo wurden keine Fehler gefunden, Status "Gut", 35°
Inzwischen habe ich unter openpli smartmontools installiert und folgenden Output erhalten:
/dev/sda1: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY. (i.e., without -a or -p options)
