Unable to update providers Rytec ....

please help me

you have to update the server site by replacing your usr/lib/enigma2/Python/Plugins/Systemplugin/CrossEpg/crossepg_rytec_update.py

with this file:

And don't forget to delete crossepg_rytec_update.pyo in your openpli directory before!

i resume this 3ad looking for a little help... i love the HD2 skins, but i want to enlarge the infobar, because the events info are truncked and i like to use the empty space in the right bottom of the screen...

but i looked into the skin.xml (also comparing it with the "slightly enlarge ones!) and not found the section to modify, and use in my skin_user_PLi-HD2.xml.

Thanks Acds for explaining the failure! I looked in the source and understood eas not your plugin 's fault..
Maybe a status message if channels file aren't found would be useful!

I noticed the first channel provider in "rytec.sources.xml" is "http://rytec.sifteam...channels.xml.gz", that is no more supported by sifteam and the file didn't exist anymore... maybe the epgimportfilter doesn't handle this case and that's why it stopped working?

 

I'm not at home now, but maybe someone has already give a try in removing the sifteam link in the rytec.sources.xml file?
