I would like to thank you for all your replies. As I am not an expert at all on this I have decided to take it back to the person who has given it to me as a present.

I really do not want to cause more damages than good.

Thanks for your help. The product was given to me a present so not even know what it costs or what a clone even is. I just asked to watch some Italian TV and this is what I got! I will try and follow your suggestion. Hopefully it will resolve the issue.

My Box is connected to the internet. It wa sall connected to the television and everything was working. I have now tried to "FLASH" the box (not even know what that means). However, I followed the below link:

Downloaded the firmware on my laptop and went ahead with the flashing process reported in the user manual.

However, I know get an error on my box (see the pic).Err01: No CA Found.
