Hi all!

Firstly, I just want to add that I'm a bit of a newbie so apologies if some of my understanding and terminology is not yet fully up to scratch (hence why i'm here) I hope you can help!

Basically, I've had my dm 800hd pvr for around two weeks, everything has been working fine up until now. I think the STB decided to update itself, I wearily agreed and ever since TS Media doesn't work at all. I can access the tools section but all the other aspects of the UI crash the unit and green screen of death appears and the box restarts.

After it had updated, I noticed the boot screen had changed to an OpenPli screen, as before it was a green alien screen showing an email addy on boot. Not sure what this previous (image is it?) boot was and if this new OpenPli has affected it.

Anyway, i've tried updating everything to no avail or solution.

I've attached a picture of the crash log below.

Any help would be much appreciated!
