I'm a bit of a novice and a newbie so apologize  if what my question is a bit basic.

I've had an enigma 2 system for about 6 months and found some good plugins from the download new plugin options:

for a sometime now the download plugin options just returns "No New Plugins Available" or words to that effect.

I've had to backup my system to a period before i found some useful plugins namely:

AutoTimer

Elektro Pwer Save

East Media

my question is two fold:

Is there a way that i can get the plugin downloader to work again or is there a database where i can download the IPK files and install via DCC?
