There is possibility to have last update in rar format .. or how i can open .ipk and install after manual mode from FTP ?

You can extract an .ipk with 7-zip.

But why?

because if I install via .ipk nothing happens. Telnet I tried one once, but nothing happened.

My primary operating system is mac osx.
