The last 2 lines are the important ones to see the new tuner in the Tuners menu.

Get on telnet and type this:
opkg install enigma2-plugin-drivers-dvb-usb-dw2102
It should install all the drivers-firmware and after you can reboot and see the new tuner.
If you cant see the new tuner then change skin and reboot and try again.
I had this problem right now and had to change the skin to normal one included in the image.
