How to convert rytec_clouditaly_xmltv__xepgdb in epg.dat

Hi

I'm on Ubuntu 14.04

using .../crossepg/providers/xepgdb_rytec_clouditaly_xmltv__xepgdb_repacked_.conf
I download easly

clouditaly.tk/crossepg.headers.db.gz  
clouditaly.tk/crossepg.descriptors.db.gz

how I can use crossepg_dbconverter in order to have a wellformed ext.epg.dat ?

also, my objective is to have a wellformed epg.dat: this means that, if available in Ubuntu, I can use any program Yous can suggest
