I meant to add, once the channel has frozen(stopped) if I press exit and reselect I get another 4-5 mins before it stops again. It all seems to work alright and is not a problem with download speed (6Mbps). I just can't work out what can be causing it to suddenly stop, and not start again without re-selecting.
