Thank you very much. Now we can select norwegian Bokmål without stalling or halting the openpli installation process 
Now there is one item remaining. Can you please change the name of the other norwegian "flag" name "Norwegian", to "Norwegian Nynorsk", in the language selection menu. Local language should then be
"Norsk Nynorsk" instead of "Norsk".
Another Nynorsk translater may later maintain this translation file.

(since it is a new translation I don't know if changes are needed in other files to have it taken into account at compilation).
About XMLTVImport 2 strings translated in the fr.po are not displayed in french:
