I'm thinking to by a DM8000. Will it be possible to record one channel that use Mgcamd/NewCS an another that use Scam at the same time?

only one softcam can run at the same time
so use a softcam that supports your wanted cards / encryptions

Has anyone though about possibility to get two or more soft cam's working at the same time? I know that has to bee a big SW change but is it possible?

no, it's not possible, by dvb-api standards the ca devices are single-open
