Hello how can i install or activate close caption (english subtitles) in dream 500s for charly in usa

is there any plug in i can install or any other method?

No, the only images that support NA CC are NitroII & DSM Remastered, both are pretty old (years old). Source code for NitroII is floating around on the internet if you want to try to add the support to openPLi...
